1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m99my ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the m99my website at https://m99my.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities offered through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing any section of the m99my platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the m99my platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the m99my platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other incentive balances credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, crash game, lottery game, or any other wagering product offered on the m99my platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity before certain transactions are processed.
• "Platform" means the m99my website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://m99my.cam.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial accounts or e-wallets, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to m99my and its operating entity.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the m99my platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. m99my strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted or not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or close associate of m99my, or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the m99my platform. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account.
• You have not previously been subject to an Account closure or self-exclusion order on the m99my platform.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not acting under duress or undue influence in accepting these Terms.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

To access m99my's full service offering, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. m99my will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify m99my support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. If m99my discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, m99my reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winings generated through those accounts, and retain any Bonus Funds credited to them.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

m99my reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification card (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction, suspension, or closure.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

m99my accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Players are responsible for reviewing the current minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed on the Deposit page.
• m99my does not charge deposit processing fees for standard Malaysian payment methods. Network fees for cryptocurrency deposits areborne by the Player.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation, typically15–30 minutes.

5.2 Currency

The primary currency of the m99my platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting. m99my does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3 Declined Deposits

m99my reserves the right to decline any deposit or refuse any transaction at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players whose deposits are declined will be notified and any held funds returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name that matches the identity verified during KYC.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published on the Withdrawal page and are subject to change.
• m99my processes withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank and FPX withdrawals may take up to one business day.

6.2 Withdrawal Holds

m99my may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending review, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where KYC documentation is outstanding, or where a security review has been initiated. Players will be informed of any such hold and the expected resolution timeline.

6.3 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts with no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may apply to dormant accounts. Players are advised to log in regularly and withdraw funds if they do not intend to continue using the platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

m99my offers various promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to these General Terms and to any specific terms published with the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are encouraged to review these carefully before accepting any bonus offer.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

m99my reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or reverse any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit instances where it reasonably believes that a player is exploiting promotional terms, abusing the system through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Such conduct may also result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

7.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and may be restricted based on Account status, geographic location, or prior promotional history. m99my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the m99my sportsbook and casino products are subject to the specific rules of each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the m99my system. A receipt or confirmation screen constitutes confirmation of acceptance. m99my reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest mistake, m99my reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the Player's Account. m99my will endeavour to notify affected Players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. Bets placed during live events — including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC bouts — are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Delays in network transmission may affect the market price at which a bet is accepted.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m99my platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions, limits, or suspensions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting activity where the purpose is to guarantee a profit irespective of outcome, in circumvention of promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform.
• Coluding with other players at live dealer tables or poker games.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other registered players without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by m99my

m99my reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) the Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements; or (d) the Account holder has requested self-exclusion or is identified as a vulnerable player.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting m99my customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

No part of the m99my platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of m99my. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m99my shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether arising from games of skill or games of chance.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond m99my's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Errors in game display, pricing, or results that have been corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network availability, or device performance affecting your access to the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit m99my's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

m99my collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

m99my will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unafiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

m99my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, m99my will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the m99my platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m99my holds its valid operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and m99my arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, both parties agree to endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. Where direct negotiation does not result in resolution within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts or applicable regulatory body of the governing jurisdiction.
